Stinger is a passive surface-to-air missile, that can be shoulder-fired by a single operator are light to carry and easy to operate. Stinger missile is an extremely effective weapon for shooting down aircraft. Once target is locked by missile it starts following and hit the target. The missile uses an infrared seeker to lock on to the heat in the engine's exhaust, and will hit nearly anything flying below 11,000 feet.
