Chandigarh is the gateway to Himachal Pradesh . Shimla is well known tourist place 117 kms from chandigarh . In weekends if you want shortbreak and want to return back in the evening or next day then Shimla is not advisable. Morni Hills located around 45 kilometres from Chandigarh . Morni, the only hill station in Haryana. Morni is good for holiday with its cool climate .
